Managed by the American Chemical Society, this system has registered more than 200 million chemical substances worldwide. Thanks to the CAS number, all scientific literature, safety data, and legal regulations of a substance can be easily tracked.

When a fragrance ingredient has a CAS number, it indicates that the substance is registered in international scientific databases and is traceable. This is an important safety indicator for consumers.
